As an early child care teacher, I am responsible for caring and educating young children. Fostering children’s character, self-expression, self-esteem, self-confidence and planning socialization lessons to contribute to development of social skills is the task that I need to achieve.
Moreover, I am a teacher of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language (TESOL). Enhancing children’s learning motivation such as providing fun activities, creating stress free learning environment and improving their basic learning skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing is the goal that I need to achieve, too.
For me, every child has different personality and varying intellectual needs. Teachers are the first people that children encounter for their school life. We are not only need to set good examples as role models, but also need to stay up-to-date with innovative teaching methods and materials all the time.
